Description:
IRON12 is a special coarse iron powder with a spongy flake structure, produced from high-purity iron ore by hydrogen reduction. It is ideal for ground remediation, permeable reactive barriers, and filtration of specific air or gas contaminants. Additionally, it serves as a high-purity iron source for chemical reactions. Apparent density ranges from 1 to 1.5 g/cc.
IRON12 Specifications
Hydrogen-reduced sponge iron powder. Highest internal porosity, highest surface area and lowest Apparent Density available. This is the most commonly used iron powder for friction applications.
